Is there a way to restore a playlist?

So, I just did the dumbest move of all here. I have a huge music library, and throughout the years I’ve been putting my stuff on a lot of playlists. 30+ at least.

This morning I’ve saw a couple albums with the trash can sign, instinctively I hit the empty trash button, and then 80% of my library was gone. With them, and all the metadata edited, all my playlists.

I know there are tools to backup your playlists such as export tools. But I haven’t done any sort of backup.

Is there any way that I could at least recover the contents so I could rebuild them?

I also have that “Backup database every three days” enabled. So now I’m searching how to restore this backup. Any help on that?
