You could try to restore from a database backup…

That being said… it would be interesting to understand what deleted your playlists in the first place as restoring a backup of your database might not fix this. Also… I haven’t seen any posts about Plex deleting those on its own…

Thanks man! You just spared me a full day of making playlist, I would kiss you.

If you like to know it happend while casting music to Plexkodiconnect. It does have occasional problems with the newer pkc versions. Playback randomly stopping after one song and stuff… I hope it ever get fixed.
