I have names all of my files per the naming conventions in the FAQ’s but only about half of my TV shows and 90% of my movies are listed. How can I get some help?
I don’t know what you are referring to with “FAQ”.

If you still have issue after that post your issue in the forums. That’s what it’s there for.
Include some actual file and folder names of media which are missing.
Don’t forget to tell the software version number of your server and the general platform or operating system where it is running on.
