I can play my media on any other player that I have. Plex sees the folder but not the files.:
Does anyone else have this issue?
Try using Other Videos instead of TV Shows library.
The show was released directly to the home market and never aired on TV (Wikipedia). It is not listed at TheTVDB.com or IMDB.com (that I could find anyway), so Plex cannot find a match and does not list the file.
Plex does not try to match the contents of Other Videos libraries against online databases. So, the files should appear in that type of library.
On a separate note, even if the show was listed at TheTVDB.com or IMDB.com, Plex would still not match it. The naming and structure is not even close to Plex requirements for TV shows. Best to follow Plex Naming & Organization Guidelines to ensure successful matching.

Even if the file exists in those online databases…
Make sure to name your files properly. Plex will ignore files that don’t have season/episode information in their names (default naming schema: Show Name - sXXeYY.ext – where XX is the season and YY is the episode number).

Rename My TV Series is the only app that seems to work for me (and it works well so far). I’ll be sure to do that.
