Hello, I am absolutely overwhelmed with emails about situations that I shouldn’t have to deal with and on top of that a large number of these are fraudulent. Over the last weekend I deleted over 4,000 spam and fraud emails.
To that end: any email that I don’t absolutely need to deal with adds to noise that makes it hard to deal with what I need to deal with and means that bills don’t get paid, opportunities get lost, etc.
In particular: any email I get about the security of my account is assumed to be a security threat.
Therefore: any email that I get that I absolutely don’t need to get (terms and conditions update, privacy policy update, some thing I have to respond to) makes me consider that I should terminate the business relationship to reduce the load of junk mail I am dealing with.
So I am asking: is this email for real?
