ISP Load Balacing / DNS

I saw some previous threads about load balancing, but I did not see a definitive answer.
I have 2 highspeed internet connections and am putting in a load balancing router. I want to balance/failover the plex connection if possible. It is my understanding that for this to work, I might even need to setup an AZURE instance to handle routing (not sure what capabilities the router I ordered will have). Either way, the only way to accomplish this, as best I can tell, would be to tell plex that the public IP is a DNS name and not an IP address. Is there a way to do this? can I hardcode that Public address somehow and use a DNS name - if I cant put a name in there, I might still need to hardcode the public address to one of my IP’s so plex could work. Has anyone gone down this road sucessfully ?

To be clear, I understand that load balancing will not share ISP on a single connection , I have a 300mb and a gigabit internet connection, speed is not the issue really. The issue is more failover for plex if possible or at the very least keeping plex working outside my network when I put the load balancer in place.
Any input is greatly appreciated!

If I understand correctly what you’re asking, what you’re looking for is:
Settings -> Network -> Custom server access URLs

It allows you to specify one or more URLs published to Plex to be used for remote access.

There’s more information here:

ah, thank you - that may actually do what I need.
