[Issue] New server build from nvidia shield unable to connect to app.plex.tv securely

Hi, I am getting the message “app.plex.tv is unable to connect to “The Shield of course” securely” on the Plex Web App. Would it be possible to reset my server certificate? I am running Shield version 9.1.1

I’ve seen other posts with the same issue and point to the certificate. Please could anyone help.

Hi, did you actually get help from this topic ? Seems like I have the same problem.

I headed to https://xxx.xxx.x.xxx:32400/ replace "X"s with device ip your server is running on.

If you are also running a shield head to settings then network and it’ll show your IPV4 ip.
