Issue Scanning Music Library

Server Version#:1.43.2.10687 (docker on Debian)
Player Version#: Browser (firefox), Plex Dash

Hello!

Im having some issues with my Plex Server at home and wonder if I could please get some help.

Im receiving an error notification every time I try and scan my music library and the scan fails.

“An internet connection is required to scan library files. Please check this server´s connection and try again.”

Scanning other libraries and remote access works as usual without any problem. I can also access the server outside of LAN as expected.

In my sever console I periodically get the following errors. Which is weird since I see these entries getting resolved on my DNS service logs.

[EventSourceClient/pubsub/pubsub06.pop.fra.plex.bz:443/PubsubServerManager/getNextWorkingHost/fra/process] Connection to pubsub08.pop.atl.plex.bz failed: Operation timed out.

and

[EventSourceClient/pubsub/pubsub06.pop.fra.plex.bz:443] Retrying in 60 seconds.

Attempted Fixes:

  • Disable DNS blocklist, Restart Router
  • Restart Server
  • Restart Machine Server is on
  • Downgrade Plex-Server to a older version
  • Optimize Database (without error)
  • Delete /tmp and /config volumes and letting docker re-create them.

<If providing server logs please do NOT turn on verbose logging, only debug logging should be enabled>

I have attached the logs from the server in case it is of any use  .
I started it, attempted to scan the music library, then downloaded the logs.

Thank you for your time!
