Plex won't scan music library

Hello.
So, when I firstly installed PMS everything worked fine, but now every time I try to scan my music library it comes up with “an internet connection is required to scan library files” but it is connected to the internet, anf my videos library is perfectly preserved, but music won’t work no matter what. I tried everything from simply restarting server to completely deleting and reinstalling everything from scratch. It’s still won’t work. My music library organised like this: D:\Music\Artist\RecordType\ReleaseName\TrackName
P.S. Funny Thing is that other Media Server clients like Jellyfin for example works fine, but I like the way Plex is working and willing to buy Plex Pass Subscription.

Your machine appears to be having issues reaching plex.tv. the scanner needs to talk to plex.tv to do the matching. Do you have a vpn? Turn it off until pms is working.

I don’t use any VPN or a Proxy at the moment. I Turned off every adBlocker also

And all these attempts are failing. You’ve got some sort of networking issue going on.

That is one folder level too much:

Try stopping the server, wait a few seconds, then restart it. Then try again to scan library files.
If the messages continue, try using a different DNS server than the one provided by your ISP.
Try 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8

Changing DNS seems to resolve my issue
I Used Comss.one DNS-over-HTTPS
