Issue with subs , turning off after a while when there isn't a dialogue

Player Version# : 2.16.2.70 (Xbox One X)

I bought an Xbox One X five days ago installed immediately Plex and checked if the quality of my movies are better on the One X than the my Ps4. But i noticed something wrong with the subs, after a while if there isn’t any dialogue in the movie/serie the subs are turning off. I mean it doesn’t show up anymore, i have to switch to english sub and after to my romanian sub(or turn off it and switch back to romanian). For example i was watching The Walking Dead Season 8 Episode 14 and there are alot of scenes without dialogues. When they start talking again the subs doesn’t show up. I don’t have this issue on my Ps4, only on the Xbox One X. I also activate subs on settings to “Always Enabled”. Please help me cause it’s very annoying everytime pausing and switch subs to activate it again. Thank you.

Any news on this issue @Moussa ? I can provide logs if need be. It is still happening after the latest update.
