Unless you’re using different accounts for the forum it seems like you haven’t posted any questions. I suggest you create a post to raise your question. I’m positive there’s users who are happy to help
Ok ! I Just don’t know where to go ! The only place i was able to post , was here !
If you click the shortcut for General Discussions at the top, you should see New Topic on the main page.
Ok , Thanks ! I’ll do that ! New to this forum thing ! Would really love support from Plex , since we pay a lot for this program ! Thanks Kazz3r24 ! And Thanks Tom80H ! I’ll go straight there and do i new one ! Thanks a lot !
Be clear and concise with your problem, provide as much info as you can and logs with debugging enabled (not verbose).
Where do i get that ?
Ok . I Got it !
Let’s catch up here…
On what platform do you have installed your Plex Media Server and what version is currently installed?
PC Windows 10 - Version 1.22.3.4392
I got the latest version of plex this afternoon when uninstalled and reinstalled !
But it was the same version i had on !
Took a screen shot and sent you the logs to !
Do you need anything else , that would help ?
Have you ever had a server on another device like a NAS, Nvidia Shield or other computer? I’m guessing that server is old what the app is trying to load the libraries from as default one and why getting the out of date message. as that might be out of date.
Looking at your logs it looks like you had a server called “localhost” at one point
Scroll up to the top of the left side bar and choose “Authorized devices” and click on “All” at the top and choose “servers”. That will list all servers tied to your account. If you see any old servers, you can either remove the server from your account there by clicking the X on that block, -or- if you still have and use it you can update it however that device updates. ( like on the Shield you need to go to Google play store to update)
If that does not fix issue then I would go to the Web apps general settings and choose Reset Customization to choose your Desktop 1 server and select the libraries you want pinned to the home screen by default
Thanks a lot BigWheel ! It fixed the problem ! It was the Localhost server on my Nvidia shield tv , i just deleted it , cause i don’t use it that way at all ! Incredible , what a simple thing like this , would bring everything down like that ! Just got a new experience from you , to put in my notes ! Thanks a lot again for this help ! It’s really appreciated ! Have a great day !
