Issues Direct Playing some HEVC

With direct play enabled, I often get no video on HEVC content. If I disable direct play, the video freezes for a second every 10-20 seconds.

I have compared a working HEVC 720 / AAC files with one that won’t play, and to me they seem identical. I’m hoping someone can take a look at the XML for a non-working file and my debug log of trying to play said file.

TV: Samsung UA65KS9000
Software: Plex for Samung 3.84.3 / Tizen 2.4.0
Server: PMS NAS Synology 1.14.1.5488
