Issues with Plex Certificate Generation

My plex server is unable to generate a new certificate.
I was having issues and had to clear my Cache a few times and now I am getting the following errors.

Server Version#: 1.25.8.5621

CERT: Error acquiring new certificate: Failed to upload CSR: 429, <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> <errors> <error code="1003" message="API rate limit exceeded"/> </errors> 

CERT: Error acquiring new certificate: Failed to retrieve cert from plex.tv: 429,

@ChuckPa I see you have helped people in the past to reset this, would you be able to assist?

I don’t monitor windows… There is common thread for SSL Certificate issues.

I have reset your certificate. Restart the server.
