Hello, I have a PR4100 and have had it setup as my plex server for 2 years now, last week Plex started saying it could not talk to it…I began to troubleshoot. my NAS is online and can reach the internet no problem, so I decided to uninstall plex server and re-install and after I did that, same issue…so I removed the media server in my Plex and re-installed on my NAS. It installs just fine, and when I click configure, it launches the plex site but does nothing. It does not add the server. I am not sure what to do next. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!
