I just updated the server and restarted the WD PR4100. Instantly Plex couldn’t recognise the MyCloud. I have restarted. Re installed. Removed the database. Factory reset the system on the NAS. Tried old versions. Uninstalled Plex from the NAS and still every time I try to get to the configuration page it says it can’t connect to the server.
Its almost like the PMS is not even running.
I am completely stuck now. Please help me!
