when starting plex server on android tv or android, it doesn’t work and the server crashes, can someone help me?
Mind sharing some more details?
e.g. what version of PMS do you have installed, what version of Plex on Android/Android TV do are you using, are there any specific steps that cause those crashes?
Maybe you can share your server’s debug logs?
hello, the version of plex media server is 4.53.0, it is installed on win server 2012r2.
I connect from a Samsung smart tv, without problems, I can see all the videos, it works perfect.
but when I open the Plex application from my SmartPhone with android 10, it tells me that the server is not online, and if I try to open it many times from android, the plex media server installed in win server 2012r2 closes. (this also happens to me with an android tv brand TCL) apparently the problem happens only in android.

Can you please double-check the version listed under Settings > [Server Name] > General? Plex is distinguishing the version of the server vs. the version of the player/client – in your case you provided the version of the web client (which could be the one bundled with your Plex server or the online version)
