It's not matching my TV Shows with the TVDB Agent. It only matches when I select the MovieDB?

Even entering the TVDB Show ID manually into the search won’t match it until I change it to the movie DB.

Can confirm similar issue on Centos 6.8. After updating from 1.3.1 (I think) to latest 1.3.3 all the metadata plugins that use SSL related python stuff for https support seem to not work at all. Whatever changed in 1.3.3 (I asssume) brings “‘module’ object has no attribute ‘sslwrap’” Built in TVDB, Kinopoisk, SubZero e.t.c.

This beeing centos I can imagine SSL issues with python 2.x, since I never figured out how to actually fix all of them… but I’m fairly sure you bundle your own, so stands to reason problem is somewhere there. Also the old method of deleting System and Framework bundles does not seem to work nowdays for me. According to logs it checks for updates, find no new updates and well… obviously does not quite work without these bundles…

Currently went back to 1.2.7 since that’s the one I had an RPM of, would’ve checked 1.3.1 and 1.3.2 but I could not for the life of me find the old versions of PMS anywhere on the site.

@exzacklyright, what OS is PMS running upon?

Same problem here.

PMS ( 1.3.3.3148 ) is running on FreeNAS-9.10.2 (a476f16) as a plugin

It seems to match the TV shows, but does not download any metadata or posters etc.

If I use tmdb then it works fine.

But with tmdb there is no season posters :((

Using freenas as well.

Yeah @trebo I’m not getting any content ratings either on the Movie DB. Any luck?

Getting this same issue. Running Windows Server 2012.
Also had the issue on windows Server 2016 and 2012 R2.

Can this please be fixed in an update.
Thanks.

Same issue here — thus far my cries for help have been ignored. Meanwhile my Plex library is screwed.
