On the web grid guide I can select today or any future day (up to 7 days) for the guide data by clicking on the drop down next to “Today”.
On IOS or Android the only way to look at guide data in the future is to endlessly swipe until you get to the day you want. Does anyone know how to jump to a particular day in IOS/Android or is this an enhancement request? 
I’ve been complaining about this for 2.5 years. Honestly, your only solution really is to switch to another product that doesn’t have such a crappy guide. It is completely idiotic that the EPG has two weeks of data and Plex insists on effectively keeping the 2nd week a secret from us. I’ve been using something else for two years now for the DVR function and I love it. Until about 3 weeks ago I was still using Plex for playing the content. But after months of crappy Android Plex client releases, I’d finally had enough and I have almost stopped using Plex entirely. DM me if you want to know what I switched to (both the DVR and players that I use now are completely free).
Plex will give me crap if I promote alternatives that fix the problems but yet there are so many basic things in their DVR that don’t function in a rational manner.
