Sometimes when navigating one row up videos along a playlist on Chromecast, instead of smooth scrolling, the list jerks several rows up.
Other times, the list jumps up a partial row, jerking the entire list block around within the larger UI window.
All this jitter is disorienting. Imagine explorer.exe doing a backflip every time you press Up.
