Hello - I currently record just a couple of shows and recently (last few months??) one of them only gets about 50 seconds and then the recording stops. The other show records the full program.
These shows are on different channels (Late Show - Stephen Colbert and Late Show - Seth Meyers) and they overlap about a minute. There shouldn’t be a conflict between the two because Colbert is earlier and records fully. Seth Meyers overlaps around a minute and then should record for about an hour.
It seems oddly coincidental that there is an overlap of about a minute and Seth Myers only gets 1 minute of recording before stopping. Its like it stops the Seth Meyers recording at the same time as the Colbert, even though they are not on the same channel, the recording device has 2 tuners and previously had no problem recording both shows.
Any ideas on what might be happening here?
I’m going to stop recording Colbert and see if Meyers records fully, but still that might get to what is happening, but not the why and how to fix it.
