Just out of curiosity, how many different systems are you using w/ Plex?

Now that we’re to version 1.0 of PMS, and many of us have been using it since the OSXBMC days, I’m just curious how many of you folks use Plex on as many disparate systems as I do.

Many years ago, Plex either wasn’t implemented, or was severely handicapped, on a number of platforms. So, what did obsessives like me do? Get more media players, of course!!

I found it somewhat daunting to see how many components of mine NOW have a Plex app (most of which had no Plex port at the beginning). So here’s the list of components I have which now use Plex (takes deep breath):

Mac Mini x 4
Mac Pro
PS3 x 2
PS4
XB360 x 2
XB1
Popcorn Hour A400
AppleTV4
Nvidia Shield
iPad x 3
iphone x 2
Roku 4
Roku 3 x 3
home-built Windows HTPC
Tivo Roamio
Tivo Premiere

And, to think, when I first started w/ this, I just used the Mac Mini’s and the Mac Pro :D. Everything else was for TV (Tivo’s), gaming (the ps3’s, XB360’s), or simply experimentation (HTPC).

I have a 5-year-old and a 7-year-old. It’s amazing to me that, when I first started using this, I had no kids. Now, whenever there’s a problem w/ my network, their Roku’s, or my server, they simply walk out of their rooms and say ‘there’s something wrong w/ Plex.’

Damn, I didn’t even think about the fact that I also have 5 Samsung TV’s that have it, too. lol

I have 27 devices total that support Plex but not all are hooked up. I retire and store older media boxes when new hardware is released.
