My many 100 of gigs of (flac) music that is now easier to play on my Sonos system. Please accept my humble thank you mixed with relief. Patience is one of the easiest things that can be tested, I’ve managed to extend mine for awhile. Many times I think we loose site of the difficulties that lie in the way of the technical challenges required to add something we deem simple to add. A proper “good on ya” is in order!

The Developers do a herculean job developing Plex.
However, nobody at Plex has a clue how to manage Software Development, Testing, and Release management.
Plex is desperately missing any form of valid SDLC processes in their Development efforts as is evidenced by multiple bugs never getting fixed and half finished features. (Many of which would not occur with a decent testing plan).
Another feature that is missing and also a symptom is almost no customer support. Many, Many posts on this forum identifying problems can go unrecognized by Plex for months and in some cases years…
