Initial Release
Hi folks,

After the brilliant [plugin wizard tool](http://dev.plexapp.com/tools/plugin_kickstart/) was announced I decided to take a crack another plugin.

I use Justin.tv all the time for sports and other miscellaneous entertainment so I made a Plex plugin for it.

Details are available at the [wiki page](http://wiki.plexapp.com/index.php/Justin.tv) and the bundle is attached to this post.

Please give it a try and let me know how it works. There are a few things posted in the known issues section on the wiki but I thought I'd release it now since it mostly works.

If anyone has interest or skills, it'd be great to come up with some better icons and backdrop graphics/artwork.

Anyway hope you enjoy and let me know how it's working.

Nice! Did you end up using the Justin.tv API or just screen scraping. Glad the wizard was of use ;)

Little bit of both. I use the API to get the stream listings, descriptions, screenshots but I couldn't get a direct link to an FLV from the API, only a compressed SWF which Plex complained about. Uses site configuration for playback (for now).

A graphic for each category would be a nice touch as well.

Hi, I really want to watch the 24 ATHF HD channel, but I can’t log in to justin.tv from the app. When I go to the website it requires my login to prove I’m of age. THank you for the work you have put into this app. justin.tv is so needed in a media center.

This doesn’t work for me.

Any video that I try, I only get sound and a Image like the attached. Any thoughts?

Any way to get rid of the Ads by Google?

I would love this plugin with just a few tweeks



-login so that you can see a list of streams you follow.

-the google ads gone.

-bottom menu bar gone so it doesn’t burn on to my plasma





any chance of the OP coming back to change the code?

Not for a while, I've been busy lately, and since having Cable TV again, I haven't really needed JTV. Just watch the thread, I might take a look at enhancing it, but even better, someone else could take the code and improve it!
