I recently started using plex on a new device. On wife’s and my phones and other Android devices we have both of our accounts listed under Google play store.
I am sure I brought the plex pass with her account. But every time I launch plex and try to stream from home pc it tells me one minute limit.
But when I to to purchase it comes up with my play email regardless of where plex was installed from.
Ideally repurchase is not a huge deal but would like to with her account. Not sure how to change it
There should be a “if you already purchased tap here” link on the bottom of the activation page.
you can also check if plex is in your account library. if so remove it when signed into your account Go to “My Apps and Games” in the settings menu and select the Library tab. If Plex appears in the list there, click the “X” to remove it from that library.
