I’ve set up my Plex server on a QNAP NAS that holds my home videos and photos. I’m not currently using Plex to access other Movies or TV shows. My main goal is to allow access to my library of homemade media to my family. I’ve been surprised to find that the Plex Player limits file search to titles only and does not seem to allow for searching Keywords or other metadata. Is this accurate or am I missing something? It would seem to be a normal feature for Plex to allow for searching based on any of the file metadata.
