Label/Mark TV Shows as 'Currently Watching' for Large Show Libraries

I have a very large television show library and it can be a tedious task to search through the entire library (whether manually scrolling or searching) to locate the shows my family is currently watching as new content is always being added.

The ability to label specific television shows as ‘currently watching’ or as a ‘favorite’ would be a nice feature to allow quick access those shows.

This is what the “On Deck” category is for. It is present on the home page of every officially supported Plex client.

What determines if a show appears in the “On Deck” category? I notice that is seems to have a limited # of slots for shows that will appear and that some shows will fall out of that category.

Also I feel that if I am exploring tv show content and start an episode to check it out, it’ll fall into that “On Deck” category when I really do not want/need it there.

As soon as you start watching a tv show, the next episode is shown in OnDeck.
The last tv show watched is sorted first.

If you don’t want a show to appear there, because you have only tested it, reset the playback status/progress of all episodes back to unwatched.
You can do that for all episodes of a show at once.

You might want to think about creating ‘managed users’ for your family mambers. So everyone can have their own, personal OnDeck.
