It seems there are a few people requesting discussions based on the other threads I’ve seen (referenced below).
Specific to this thread, I really liked the idea of using Collections until I realized that under Settings ->> Users I am unable to filter User content by Collection, only Label.
For my kids of varying ages I’d like to create a User profile and then only show them the content which is labeled for them (i.e. my son can see “Hunting Hitler” but not “Game of Thrones” under TV. Labels or Collections seem the most natural way to organize (versus using file system folders and Libraries).
I’m mostly able to do what I like but is a challenge to manage since I cannot identify what content is NOT labeled or otherwise do Label filtering.
