"lastSeenAt" - What date and time format?

The data from api returns my family members who’re using Plex, and against “lastSeenAt”, it contains a 10 digit number, which I can’t format into a date and time in either Excel of Google Sheets.

Just wondered, what is the date and time format, so that I can actually see when they last accessed the libraries.

That’s UNIX ‘epoch’ format.
