what do you mean by “pointers”
Apologies for any confusion. Using an episodic series as an example. Each episode has a status of “Watched” or “Not Watched”. When a series is selected, the HTPC gui presents an option for “Next Episode”, which previously would ‘point to’ the first episode with a status of “Not Watched”. Now, when the “Next Episode” button is selected, the very first episode (regardless of status) plays. Previously, when the option was functioning correctly, the “Next Episode” selection would launch the first episode with a status of “Not Watched”. Hope that explanation is clear.

Same issue. Selecting Next Episode takes you to first episode even if it has already been watched. Not a huge drama but it has changed from previous versions.
OP could have been a little less confrontational in his/her post perhaps.

I’m sorry. Where exactly are you selecting “Next Episode”. Do you mind taking a screenshot. This is something I think I don’t normally use so sorry for my confusion.

Snapshot attached. Note just below the Series title, you’ll see “On Deck S01 e41”. That is the episode that should begin to play when the “Next episode” is selected. Instead, the very first episode in the series (you can see it at the lower bottom left) is played.
