As of the latest Android Plex app update, the Photos only shares from my server are no longer shown as valid libraries on my Android phone. My server is fine and nothing has changed on that end.
The new app doesn’t support photos and music anymore.
Download Plex Photos and Plexamp respectively.

This is a poor design decision to go from a unified app to multiple apps.
The app had become Bloatware and some devices struggled to work correctly.
