Latest update and my streaming keeps pausing and lip sync issues. Rollback option?

Since upgrading my plex server I keep getting pausing of video and lip sync issues when streaming to any device. It was working perfectly before this update.
Is their a way to roll back my plex version?

Very simple to downgrade.

  1. Uninstall with the “Uninstall only” (Keep) option.
  2. Install the lower version.

Synology prevents downgrading so this is how it must be done.
