The latest version of Android Beta is missing the unwatched or watched conditions for synced content and in turn is causing any item with new episodes to fail.
Ok. Just to verify. After further testing, setting a new show profile for syncing works fine. The issue is just with previous shows set up.
Example: If you had a show set up for 5 unwatched episodes to sync and before the update you had two unwatched episodes, everything was synced and fine. Now after the update, if a third unwatched episode is introduced to the server, the sync shows an error for that series and when you click the series to see the sync settings, unwatched/all media (watch status) setting is missing.
