Latest Update - Now I can't sign in

Hi, I just updated the latest version and now even sign in is impossible. Sign in recieves error “Internal server error - something went wrong at our end”. This is on web app, and media server for MAC OS and Windows 10. How can I roll back to last version when I can’t sign in?

Thanks, I just deleted both my PMS and Plex App and reinstalled but same problem. Can’t login and app and web app just hang. I think the PMS is working as I can play content on my phone

OK, so after playing around some more the problem is a little more complex. The PMS is working as I can use my android app as usual and play content. However, the web app and the IOS and Windows PC app do not load a home page, just hang with orange circle BUT if I search a movie in the search bar I can pull up the movie and play it. Any ideas how I get my homepage/dashboard back?

could it be a browser cache problem? Try a different browser to login.
try connecting directly to the PMS server using a browser on that system;

Just tried it from Safari (never logged in on that before). Same response. ”Internal error. Something has gone wrong at our end”

Can anyone help here? Still cannot sign in on smart tv app, mac app, windows app or web player. I would cancel my subscription as this has happened after only 2 weeks of Plex Pass but need someone to explain how to sign into my account to do that!

Just for anyone who suffers a similar problem Plex got back to me. It is an issue that sometimes occurs when your Tidal account is linked to your Plex. Fix is simple unlink Tidal and re-link

Looking at your seanbunyan69@gmail.com Plex account, I do see that you have a TIDAL account linked to it. In cases where TIDAL has revoked their authentication token for the account (such as happens after changing a TIDAL account password), that can also affect the Plex account. So, you might start by:

  1. Visit your account Other Services page (https://plex.tv/users/other-services)
  2. Unlink the TIDAL account
  3. Link the TIDAL account fresh, which gets a new authentication token
