Latest v1.14 Plex qpkg for 32 bit Intel/AMD QNAP server

I need to download the latest v1.14 Plex qpkg for 32 bit Intel/AMD QNAP server. I can’t upgrade to the 64 bit version of QTS (v4.3+) because it breaks a bunch of critical stuff like VPN, Transmission, etc.).

So, I’m just asking for the latest release of Plex before they decided to abandon their users who are required to run a 32-bit Intel/AMD QNAP server. Should be a simple request for any competent company.
