I have setup my Synology to shutdown during certain hours. The Plex Media Server running on my windows that accesses the Synology Drive for the share crashes when the drive is not available overnight. I have to go restart the plex service again every morning.
The server should not be crashing if the media drive becomes unavailable
Could you make sure you run with debug logging enabled and capture the server logs after restart following one of these crashes and attach the zip here
The logs would give more information about the crash and may need to locate copies of specific dmp files for these crashes
