Launch and sign in button disappeared

Well normally when I use plex on a computer I open up the page and either have to sign in or it has the password saved and I only need to hit the “launch” button.

It is usually in the right hand corner. Now I see this, which is nothing in the corner:

Some things to try:

  • Ensure that “javascript” is enabled in the browser
  • Clear your browser’s cache/cookies/LocalStorage
  • Temporarily disable browser extensions/addons/plugins
  • Use a Private/Incognito browser window
  • Use a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc.)
  • Use a different device (e.g. phone/tablet vs computer)
  • Test on a different network (e.g. 4G/LTE rather than WiFi)In rare cases, it could be a DNS issue. You could try switching to use a free service such as https://1.1.1.1/dns/, Google Public DNS (https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/), or OpenDNS (https://www.opendns.com/setupguide/) as opposed to an ISP’s DNS.
