LG Smart TV Plex unable to start

Player Version#:

Have tried reinstalling on the TV a number of times to no avail just this error message:

Error details: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘lastSourcePivots’ of undefined.

Same tv using xplay worked fine til the trial ran out.
