Just installed Plex on LG webos TV and the app will not load at all.
I get this message.

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property “lastSourcePivots” of undefined

Any ideas.

Got Plex up and running on my other tv upstairs but cannot get it to load at all on this tv.

Same issue this morning after an update. Same LG Web OS, Same error message. Runs on other (non-LG) devices.

Delete app and restart from the power point not remote, for 2 minutes. Install app again and link.

Ok, I deleted the Plex app, and instead installed the XPlay app. It connects to my Plex Server and seems to work without error.

same issue, same error message. tried removing and re-installing numerous times, no benefit. tried every setting change I can think of on the server, no change.

all other clients work fine.

X-play works fine.

TV: LG 55C8
Software: 5.10.35
Plex version: 2.1.3
Plex server: 1.18.2.2029

Also getting this error when using X-play checking the console:

Using Plex app on XboxOneX is no problems and no errors.

always the same error for atleast two months

Still got the error message after delete, off at power switch, reinstall ect.

Used to run on this TV.

I’m having this issue too on both of my LG Oled TVs following an update yesterday. I also cannot use Plex on my Xbox as it buffers continuously especially with 4K material. I am at the point of giving up with Plex as it seems to break so often. I’m spending far too much time messing around trying to get it to work it’s becoming untenable.

Same exact thing on my LG WebOS TV as well! Just started happening with the LG app update! Anybody have a fix?

My 65 inch LG is working but not the 55 inch one. I hope the Plex guys sort this soon.

This is really odd the 65 inch model seems immune to this issue. I have a OLED65B8, no sign of an issue, touch wood.

I have almost the same error, except it saids:

Cannot read property ‘pop’ of undefined

This is on an OLED65B6 or B7, not sure.
