Please advise is anyone has any suggestion on these images. Only happens during 4K movie playback on one or two movies. Its direct playback from an internal network server operating video format MKV. Never experienced any issues with playback before and so am stuck

I had this a few times on my older TV. Usually it was due to unsupported audio. If you can choose another audio track and if that does not work check the audio format of all the files that do not play. Are they all TrueHD (from memory). Also check for forced PGS subs or any other format not supported by your TV.
