Corruption for first 2mins of playback 4K 50Mbps HDR

I converted Star Wars The Phantom Menace 4k (to KVM) and Star Wars Attack of the Clones 4K (to KVM)

The KVM files playback just fine with VLC player, no issues.

But when I playback on Plex client on my TV I get 2 minutes of scrambled image, then resumes normal playback. (set to 50Mpbs 4K Original).

If I change the playback on the Plex client (TV) to 20Mbps 4K, it plays fine, no issues. Connection to the TV is 1Gbps ethernet cable (NOT wireless) and no issue with bandwidth.

I have many other 4K HDR movies converted to KVM and they all playback just fine (all from the same unRaid server with Plex server. Only these two movies seem to have issues?

Set to Direct Stream (tried other Direct Play methods and same results).

Any suggestions?

UPDATE: This is seems to be specific to webOS on my LG TV. My iPad PLEX app works fine with these two titles as do my PC apps … seems to just be LG webOS issue.
