Library folder no longer working for another user

I recently deleted a folder from my library and remade it due to an error I made, on my friends end the same folder no longer loads for them and only shows up with a missing error

I tried granting them access and revoking it, tried multiple browsers, tried renaming the folders but im not really too sure what happened to cause this. I tried on an alternative account i made and it works fine

So you get any errors when granting them access?
Looks like they might be attempting to load the old (deleted) library from some stale record in their navigation (e.g. because it’s still pinned as a favorite for them). Can you ask them to verify if the newly created/shared library is listed in More section of their library navigation?
