Not sure as to what happened however i no longer have access to my own library and it would also appear i cannot add them back. check my server and i still see the folders however not sure how to add them back. any idea as to how i can resolve?

i might have used the incorrect wording however i have several dedicated folders on my pc that i have for my plex library. i can still access them when i go into my computer however they are no longer visible on my plex account with no way of adding them back. still need screen shots?
- Are you logged into your account on whatever client you are using?
- Are you using a web browser, a computer-specific installed client, a mobile (phone) client, or a TV-based client?
- Did you previously create a “Library” to view these media?
- What does your left-hand menu (the side-bar) display if it does not have this previous library you had?
- Have you checked to see if the library is simply unpinned? (Check the More > button at the bottom of the menu.
- Have you tried to make a new library as a test, to see if the Plex server can access the media?
I can understand now knowing the Plex terminology, we aren’t all experts at everything, and even us forum lurkers had to start somewhere. So when we ask clarifying questions, we just need to know more to help direct your issue. Screenshots (if simple for you to make) are always a great help for us.
