Is there any way to search a library with both movie and TV databases, simultaneously ?
if not
Is there any way to change the Library type after creation?

I don’t think you can change the Library Type after it’s created. It only takes a moment to create a new one.

If you want to run a search that searches through your TV library and your movie library, just search from the home page on Plex Web.

As you can see in this screenshot, I entered ‘rick’ in the Search box on the Plex Web home page. It found results in TV, Music, and Movies.

You can change a movie library into a home video library and vice versa.
But you cannot turn a tv show library into a movie library.
