Library.new webhook not firing

I just recently signed up for PlexPass because I wanted to utilize the library.new webhook in an app I am working on. Unfortunately, even with everything enabled (including Push Notifications as the multitude of other posts suggest), I only get the media related hooks.

Would someone kindly describe what is going on and what additional coding/fixes need to be done to get this to work?

Its a bit frustrating to be paying for something that does not work.

Having the same issue here, I just started a project and was ripping my hairs out trying to figure it out.

I must’ve tried out every possible configuration but alas nothing worked.

I even want back to 1.24.0.4921 (anything before that version and it wouldnt even start, prob some misconfiguration regarding version changes) but its also broken on that version…
