Library playing movies out of sync

Player Version#: 9.20.0.806
I have library for streaming TV series & no matter what I do, the audio is always out of sync. I have renamed the volume, renamed the folder on the volume, followed you uninstallation guide for macOS repeatedly without any success. HELP!! What can I do next?

Btw, it only has a problem on our smart tv, the web client works perfectly.
