Library Scan Freezes up on updates

Hi everyone, I’m running into an odd issue where the Library Scan sometimes ‘locks up’ when updating. My current “Movies” library contains 3 folders, 2 are on a NAS 1 (Z:) and one on my PC (E:) where PLEX is running.

It seemed to lock up on one particular folder in the E: drive, so I moved the folder and it stuck on the next one.

I’ve attached my server logs so hopefully someone can help shine some light on what’s going on and I can stream line my setup
