The last few days I noticed my library is not auto refreshing even though “Update Library Automatically” is enabled. It had been working, but now is not. Everything updates when I manually refresh it.
I had a one month plex pass. Do I need to have it for auto-update to work, or should it work without plex pass? Any ideas of what might be happening?
No, a Plex Pass isn’t required for auto updating libraries. What version of Plex server are you running? Have you tried disabling the auto update and then enabling it again?
1.0.0.2261 on my QNAP TS-253A. I actually just logged in and saw there was an update. I downloaded and installed it, and disabled and re-enabled the auto-update. I’ll see if that does it.

Hi guys ,I am having the same issues.I can manually add my files to my library ,but plex used to automatically add to my library once download finishes.
I have tried disabling & enabling auto update in my library settings.
I am also running on mac & have current version of server 1.0.0.2261 and web version 2.7.0.
