Hi everyone, this is my first time posting because i never had issues until recently. My Plex server will not auto scan libraries anymore. If i do a manual refresh, all the new downloads appear just fine. It seems that the auto scan which is supposed to be happening every 15mins isn’t anymore. This started happening late last year. I believe it coincides with an update.
I currently run the latest version available in the Synology community downloads, even though there is a newer one on the Plex site. In an attempt to fix this problem, i manually downloaded the latest Plex server (1.25 i think) and installed it, but that caused even bigger problems. The server would crash on a daily basis. I’ve since wiped it all and re-installed the version i have currently, and so i’m back to my original problem. Any advice would be appreciated.
