Lightberry and Rasplex

I tried searching the forum about this subject, but couldn't find any decent clarification about this. Maybe it's because I'm a total newbie into the Raspbarry Pi/Linux-scene. But I hope some of you could help me out a bit.

I'm planning to buy a Raspberry Pi, and what I understand is, that Rasplex is very easy to install. You just have to 'bake' the image file into the SDcard using the installer. So far so good, but having Rasplex on the SD card, how can I add Lightberry besides it?

On the lightberry-website, I saw a tutorial how to set it up, but that's a tutorial without Rasplex. At some point, you have to download an image file that you have to 'bake' it into the SD, to have the configuration started. But I just don't understand how to combine it, since there's no installer for Lightberry, that I can use to install besides of Rasplex...

And I also read a lot of things about Hyperion and Lightbob. What I found out is, that Hyperion is an updated version of Lightbob. But I'm not sure what the difference is between Lightberry and Hyperion... I Hyperion the software configuration for Lightberry (the hardware)?

I'm really sorry for the newbie-questions, but I tried to figure out as much as possible, but couldn't find the missing pieces.... and I would like to know how to set it up.
