Limited Connection Notification

I just received notification “Limited Connection”. It states that I am not connected to my Server?
I’m at home on my network directly connected to my NAS. When I click on “Learn More”, my understanding is for accessing my Plex remotely. And that Plex will act as a go between my Plex at home and where every I happen to be away from my home. Why would I received this message if I’m connected directly. Could someone please help me understand what is happening?

Play something and look at the now playing one the dashboard and it will say if local or remote.
